FacilityManagerPro™ allows management to track all open work orders, closed work orders and work orders placed on hold. FacilityManagerPro™ will also generate monthly and yearly summary reports for repair and preventative maintenance categories, and will generate paper work order entry forms containing all required information.

FacilityManagerPro™ provides this technology link by using inexpensive PalmOS handheld devices to perform field data collection. The synchronization of assignments allows your personnel in the field to be notified of their repair/PM work orders via the handheld device. Once the personnel receives their task assignments, they can perform their repair/PM tasks and report any results on the handheld device directly. The collected data is then synchronized back to the main office PC for analysis and report generation.
